get99 Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
get99 believes that gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. We are committed to ensuring the mental and financial well-being of every player.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment — but it should always be enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. At get99, responsible gaming is not just a policy; it is our core philosophy.
We want every user to see gaming as a fun leisure activity — free from financial pressure or mental dependency. That is why get99 offers multiple self-help tools, limit-setting features, and direct support.
Remember — gaming should be for fun, not as a guaranteed source of income. There is no guarantee of winning on any bet. So always play within an amount you can afford to lose. Practicing responsible gaming can give you an enjoyable experience in the long run.

Our Responsible Gaming Features
get99 provides several effective tools to help you manage your gaming experience.
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded — this is the most effective way to manage your budget.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, temporarily close your account for a set period. You can take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, access to your account will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose long-term self-exclusion. Account closure is available from 6 months up to permanently. Contact support and we will assist you immediately.
Bet Limit Setting
Set a personal limit on how much you will wager per session or per game. This limit will prevent you from placing impulsive bets and help you build healthy gaming habits.
Reality Check
Receive pop-up reminders at regular intervals — know how long you have been playing. This is very effective in preventing long sessions. You can also see a summary of how much you have won or lost over time.
24/7 Support Centre
For any issue, get99's responsible gaming team is always ready. Get immediate assistance via live chat in Bengali. Our specialist team will help you make the right decisions.
